#58) I have been a fan of MLP since Season 1, continued to be one through Season 2 and I am looking forward to Season 3. But as time has gone by, I feel my initial excitement for the fandom has faded alot. I am not looking to new stories as much, nor new fanart and instead, I'm focusing on other things besides ponies. Am I not really a fan any more because my focus isn't on ponies so much?

Just a periodic update,

Two new folders have been added, the "Animations" and the "Stamps" folders. The Featured folder has now also been dusted off by the admins, and we'll be using that to feature art from within the group which we find to be exceptional. ^^

As a reminder, please make sure you're submitting all art to the correct folders, as it really does help us out here. Also, feel free to suggest any piece of artwork that you feel should be in the Featured folder to either myself, =Mr-Ghostdude, or any of the other admins.

As you might have seen more and more groups are being attacked by the hater movement that is better Known as "D2FC" (Death 2 Failure Coalition). these guys didn't stop after the de-activation of their accounts and continue to Hijack groups! Me and a friend of mine are trying to stop them and we have De-activated 5 accounts of them already (Their Founder included!). These guys have gotten more serious than ever, they hacked 2 Groups (again) and even hacked a user's account! since this threat is getting so big this is a call to action, you can help! One group has been Liberated already and is the first of all to come but we cannot do this all on our own!

How can you help?:

Lyra and Bonnie are two of the most prevalent BG ponies in Season 1, back when they only had so many templates and cloned constantly. Lyra ended up gathering quite a following because of a few silly things she could be seen doing in background. In addition, Lyra and Bon were almost always paired together in the scenes they appeared in. It was all random, of course, and there were other times where they appeared seperately or near other ponies, but for the most part, Lyra & Bon were seemingly inseperable throughout the early episodes of Season 1. This led to the shipping.

Eventually, the people behind the show started pairing them together on purpose. They're together in the posters, and also in several Season 2 episodes. They even go on a date in "Putting Your Hoof Down!" :D
